The location is excellent, with easy access to Genova's main attractions such as the aquarium, as well as being close to restaurants and the Piazza Principe station. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is a reasonable size, and some rooms even have a separate seating area with a mini sofa, desk, and tea and coffee making facilities. the hotel offers a buffet breakfast for an affordable price.
The hotel's Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable, with a slow speed of around 2mb/s.
